Born in Charleston, West Virginia in the 70's and raised on crooners and classic rock. Thomas learned the value of a tailored suit from his father and how to move with grace and power from Sean Connery. Drumming became his first passion in his teens. Practicing for hours and hours led to music school at Ohio University and from there to professional gigs in San Francisco and graduating.
Playing in bands led to a day job in commercial music composition. The "Dot Com Crash" inspired a move south to Los Angeles, where he had a baby, met his wife and worked a bunch of other jobs, cultivating a big toolbox of skills. One persistent skill is producing records. No matter what is on his plate, or what he is pursuing, being a musician is always at the heart of who Thomas is.
And now a new chapter, Desmond Society. This is the culmination of everything that started with that little tailored suit, James Bond on the screen and the world outside the window. Check out the site for Desmond Society if you are curious to learn more.
